New Roof on Fripp Island Home

We recently completed a re-roof on this beautiful home in Fripp Island, South Carolina. This roof was originally a copper roof and we installed this charcoal gray standing seam aluminum roof.

The entire roof was 5,670 sq. ft of amazing architectural design.

On beautiful Fripp Island, this area offers a perfect combination of location and value. It is just off Hwy 129 and close to I-85, placing public parks, recreation destinations, shopping centers, restaurants, and the city’s award-winning schools all within minutes from home. Peach State offers outstanding craftsmanship with beautiful finishes, all at prices that add up to the best value inside the Jefferson City limits.

Although traditional asphalt shingles are usually the go-to for residential homes, investing in a metal roof is worth the investment. With a wide variety of options that deserve consideration, the popularity of metal roofing is growing because of durability, longevity, and the wide selection of colors and styles.

Metal roofing has come a long way from the corrugated tin panels that we see on barns and sheds. You’ll see metal roofing that suits less rustic, more refined structures, from California contemporaries to east coast Victorians, in a spectrum of colors and finishes, and in shingle, slate, and shake styles. Our partner, Gulf Coast, has the greatest variety of metal roofing options for you to explore.

It’s important to consider a metal roof before you decide which to use because this is a significant and long-term investment. If you are ready for a new roof and want to look at some options, contact us at ARS Roofing today.
